We give you our thinking on price and terms and talk it through until we both know whether it works. If it does, we put it in writing.

Accountants and lawyers on both sides go through the details, and we complete.
We can move at pace if you want to, but nobody is in a hurry. You can stop at any stage, and so can we.

Adrian BellFounder
I started Silvermoor after a career building things from nothing. A few of the things I've done:
- Built a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary design and production agency from zero into an international business turning over multiple millions of pounds, in new and demanding markets.
- Produced and directed innovative, technically complex live productions, winning industry awards as recently as 2023.
- Founded and built the largest industry association in the Middle East and North Africa.
- Serve on the independent board that shapes music strategy for a major UK city region.
None of that was in your trade, and I won't pretend otherwise. What carries across is knowing how to build a business, back a good team and keep going when it's hard. I'll be on the board, not running things day to day. Each business we buy will have a managing director or general manager who knows the trade.
